For performing our services, we require a notarized power of attorney from you
Citizens of BiH living in BiH
Obtain and notarize the power of attorney at their local municipality.
Citizens of BiH living abroad
Can notarize the power of attorney at the nearest consulate.
Clients from abroad
Must draft the power of attorney in one of the official languages of BiH or the language of the country they are in. The power of attorney must be notarized and authenticated with an Apostille stamp.
Foreign languages
Powers of attorney drafted in a foreign language must be translated into one of the official languages of BiH by an authorized court interpreter.
